where you stupid cunt? In juvie? Have fun trying to "kill him" while serving almost 20+ years of juvenile detention dumbass. Wish mangas would acknowledge this fact that JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITIES EXIST.
All you need is to ring up the police, look at your injuries, get other people to talk, and boom. Shut and closed case. Asshole is gone, along with his goons for the same charges plus assisting with the felon and they'll rot away in a cell. Fuck this stupid inconsistency in every manga I fucking read. The only reason why it gets so bad is that you were too chicken over some empty threat that your school's future gas station cashier made.
there are 62 prisons, 7 juvenile prisons, 52 juvenile classification homes, 52 juvenile training schools, 8 Detention Houses, 8 regional parole boards, and 50 probation offices in Japan. There WILL be room for three little shits.

The thing is, it's not usually as simple as it seems. There are many factors why the victim doesn't tell anyone. Culture plays, school environment plays, the victim's psychological state plays, adults' mindset about bullying plays.
