As someone who's skimmed through the chapters until the ending (Disclaimer I just looked at the panels and tried to guess the context):

Spoiler: [MAJOR SPOILERS] What to expect of the story

Another girl will be introduced, but as far as I can tell she is going to be nothing more than the couple's BDSM friend who they hangout with from time to time. They'll also do BDSM with her (whether as a couple or individually). If you've read Nana to Kaoru she's probably like the Tachibana or Sarashina of this manga.

Whether you interpret this as "ntr/cheating" I'll leave that up to you.

We'll get into an arc with Yuka's friend (who unfortunately experiences sexual abuse / violence) and those are what the bad tags refer to. The main couple has nothing to do with it, but do note it's still in the story.

If you're concerned about the ending, I'll give you a hint: look at the last volume cover.
