The circumstance what make it iffy. Polyamory works only when everyone involved is in a good head space and consenting to the situation. The guy doing S&M with blonde behind the girl’s back and blonde trying to do it with the girl behind the guy’s back after an emotional trauma dump don’t qualify.

I hope what we see is Yukino showing Yuka that BDSM with the person you care for is more satisfying than doing it with someone who is objectively 'better' at it. This feels like it's supposed to be either wholesome polyamory or just a wholesome mentor figure for both of them... The lack of communication is very weird to me, and kinda annoying, but I can look past it for the sake of enjoying this wholesome story

Honestly, the only thing that isn't cool with all this is that MC hasn't talked to FMC about his S&M session with the Queen. If FMC does it behind his back it's also not cool.

I would definitely qualify what they did together without informing his SO as 100% cheating as well. It was extremely emotionally intimate and very physically intimate even without sex.
