I ended up reading the novel a couple of chapters / months ago, so I knew this one was right on the cusp of ending. Thanks for finishing this! No offense to the other guys, but I have zero qualms with reading a slightly worse translation, if it releases faster than a regular one.

I don't know if that's thanks to a couple of years of reading novels, including MTL (Machine Translated) ones. Since those are basically word soup that your brain has to fill in the blanks for, with the blanks being 90% of what you're reading lol.

This was no MTL though, and was more than good enough for me. You might get some people screeching here and there, but fuck'em! I'll take a sniper with more content over a regular group any day of the week. You might disagree, but that's fine.

@jeikob true MTL is a hell to read, read Mushoko tensei that way ages ago, it was a ROUGH read. things like "She sat in her lap" was quite funny to encounter however.

Can't believe this manga ended... It was so good. Interesting story and fantastic art style.

Did the author rush the ending/ publisher axing it? Cause the ending seemed kinda rushed. It's hard to continue from there but not at all impossible. Would love to see this continue in a sequel! >w<

The bad guys got off way too easy. Loosing ones status or being unable to inherit would be more appropriate by far.
Welp, that's shoujo manga villians for ya...
They even hinted on the newspaper that people still support him because they are afraid of monster, making a comeback possible/sequel.

Anyway, really good manga, really enjoyed it. Great art style and story. 10/10!
Hope Puni translations finishes the work, they work on some really good and interesting project

@InsaneAwesomeTony Seems like there was only a deal to adapt the first volume of the novel. There is more source material, but I'm guessing they're waiting to see if this series does well enough to warrant more. That's probably why they have this open ended conclusion hinting at a struggle for the throne.
