have you read welcome to demon school? It's been a while since i read it but it's honestly really fun. New teacher at ghoul school gives me similar vibes, though i remember it only getting good later on. I remember act age and mx0 also being good ones before their unfortunate axe.

I'd also recommend Handa kun now that I think about it, it's made by the same author as barakamon and was my favorite manga for a while when i was younger. I found it pretty funny personally.

I always mixed up the English title Welcome to Demon School with Jitsu wa Watashi wa.

Because they really have similar artstyle and theme.
