In the manga, Lilly's the first one to mention it yes. But the LN mentioned the "Rae channeling the series" thing.

With the way events is developing, the Francois house might be undone, and Rae ennobled due to her future feat saving the kingdom or something. Though I'm sure their sudden reversal won't change Rae's affection, the social repercussions are worrying. Possible plot point would be Rae receiving proposals, Claire feeling unworthy then Rae reassuring her that Claire is her one and only.

Then again, it might not come to such a less-favored end; Duke Francois alone will be implicated, House Francois survives with Claire as sole heiress. They then have a fairytale ending 🥺😍🥰
