NOOO IT MIGHT END???

I already know what's gonna happen but man, I've been reading this for so long, can't imagine being without it. I should reread the WN or start reading the LN already

To be fair, the first arc of the LN/WN is far more popular than the second, so I wouldn't be surprised if they end it with the Revolution.

I really hope the Empire of Nur gets a manga adaptation, there were a lot of parts I really liked about it, especially the huge lore drop at the end

The first prince is missing, the second prince is injured and was poisoned (although briefly and is not life threatening), the third prince is disqualified, a revolution will surely occur, a famine is coming and the Empire will most likely interfere. Thus begins the crisis of the Third Century

Thanks for the chapter.

Small comment though: it feels a bit weird that Claire is using "Master Thane" (a translation of "Thane-Sama"?). I feel like "His/your highness Thane" or "Prince/Lord Thane" would be more appropriate.

As much as I have enjoyed reading this I get why the manga ends at LN 2. Tbh for most people that’s where they would assume it even ended and the opinions on the story after that are kind of all over the place. Even if the rest gets adapted I’m not genuinely sure how that would go about.

Honestly I feel like the second arc is a bit sloppy.

Clearly the author planned way better the first one and the second one, as she said herself, only was made because of fans demand because they were just starving for it.

But honestly IMO a lot of things in the second arc contradicts the logic of the story already so idk.... Second arc have some good ideas but I just dont like much overall so I can see it ending in LN 2.

To be fair, its showing a lot of the spinoff that shows Claire's POV so its more than just the OG LN.

one reason that I hate when they try to translate hoborifics. It never goes well.

Quite odd, would've thought this was popular. Maybe the artist just wants to do other things than adapt someone else's works. Could also be that they just switch magazines or whatever. Well, whatever info is available is in moon, so I can just speculate and hope for the best.
Oh this is definitely still popular. But like, that doesn't mean Yuri Hime (and Aono-sensei) is prepared to lock in another 6 or so years of ILTV in the manga. Cause by the time this is all over in 2 to 3 volumes we'll be in 2026 at the earliest for 6 years. The fact that the adaptation is being allowed to finish at all and even be expanded upon is proof of its success.

What i thought was interesting was Salas commenting on the king's inability to move without a magic tool. Did he suffer from paralysis you think?
So turns out I was right on this. I'm guessing l'Ausseil has issues moving similar to how FDR did. The "king can't have a disability" line seems a bit funko out of context but I'm guessing he's meaning it in a "the king can't show a weakness" way which makes more sense. Same as FDR who would do his speeches standing despite his paralysis.

I don’t blame the author tho. Inori has historically been pretty poor and struggled to pay her bills so it’s like barely a choice. Though I do wish she wrote something new. The second arc being sloppy is likely because there isn’t a ton of material besides a nice epilogue and the LN 3/4 stuff is a level of absurd that it is because you gotta find something to write.

I’d agree on the first paragraph. It’s already taken so long to get two LNs worth of content out and there’s a lot more on the series past that. Yuri hime may be great especially with how much they do for the genre but asking for what may even look closer to a decade for all ILTV content is a bit much to ask. The artist may also be getting tired. If more gets adapted it will be at least a year or two out and its success will be a lot iffier given that the stuff past the original run also gets a lot more dicey and questionable in quality.

I'm pretty sure the Aonoshima also has their own manga out or at least is working on other things currently as well. She seems to love ILTV though and works with Inori sensei on basically everything related to the series.

I wouldn't be surprised if she continues working with Inori but yeah that's a lot to tie yourself to, especially when it's not your original series. I'm pretty sure she's even doing some of the art for Inori's new LN series that's releasing in a few days. They must be good friends by now.

If that’s the case I could see them continuing with the stuff they have now just at a different pace. As is the manga releasing the first two LNs worth of content is the most important part and with that done maybe we get a break on the series for a bit until idk maybe Inori’s new work gets a manga (which would honestly make more sense for getting return on investment).
