I'm looking for a specific romance manga that I remember reading.

Okay so the manga basically is about a girl and guy who are dating and basically the girl is a bit difficult for the guy to understand but he still tries. It ends in them having a kid and getting married. If I remember correctly it had less than 50 chapters (might be a bit more) it was highschool romance and finally there was a plot line about some weird lesbian girl who kinda just got forgotten lol.

A bit more info, it was definitely more of a niche manga, likely without an anime adaptation, the artstyle was like modern type but pretty sure the manga came out maybe a few years a go only. The main girl had short dark hair and the mc, or the guy, had glasses (I think), one last thing to mention is there was probably a side romance too.
