I like both princes so far, which is saying a lot for Otome love interests. First prince gave off a smug look, which he might have, but him standing up for her so plainly was satisfying. Second prince is just a good-hearted tsuntsun boy, and that'll be fun too.

Like @Kaarme said, that scene was all rushed and with no explanation whatsoever about why they were there?? Seriously?? Having that scene only for the purpose of MC saving the other girl is disappointing and kind of bad writing, imo tbh. Like, it could've been better explained what they were doing there other than everyone just randomly visiting town, without any escort knowing who they are (a prince and daughters of a Duke/Count).

Also, the characters are so rude to Claudia for her dark skin calling it "creepy", like ??? Sorry but can't help being reminded of racism and how awful it's to say that to someone with darker skin (having dark skin myself).

Yep. Not really that tanned (when in color) and I mostly read the WN so i didn't really notice it. The only "main characters" with serious tans going on that I remember is this darkness girl and Carone (Phantom Brave). <and even this is suspect because the artworks are not consistent.
