It appears that your reading comprehension is quite flawed - however I also suppose that's the norm for the modern internet where the average poster is little more than a barnyard animal, if human at all.

Yes, this series has had plenty of "service" from the very first chapter with the young lady. However, as I said, it was nowhere near as plainly insulting as it is now. Most of the shots were choreographed normally, and a cohesive story was being told.

It very clearly got much worse at the start of this "church" arc. It may have been ramping up for a while before that, but a clear decrease in quality was seen only recently, and suddenly.
