Ahhh, okay. After re-reading Chapter 161 again I realized that they showed the title of “Scream” pretty clearly.

Maybe the author got Scream and Diary of a Madman mixed up, or maybe it was intentional.

I was curious as well but it turns out that i was partially mistaken. "Scream" is the collection of short stories that "Diary of a Madman" is a part of

I’ve decided to skip Chapter 160, as it has already been publicly released by Utoon. Since the chapter is readily available and there’s nothing significant that needs improvement, redoing it would be redundant.

It might be a good idea to post a chapter labeled "Chapter 160 Notice" for people who don't read comments

imagine someone so powerful that you're existence is like that of an ant. now imagine that both he and you would fight another being, but you don't know a whole lot about it. the powerful "ally" killed one of the ants daring to step forward and started floating mid air, just floating there for hours.
you start wondering whats happening "why is he not attacking" "wait is he attacking but I cant see it?" and suddenly... he drops his weapon, he screams not words or sounds but silence as his face contorts and blood gushes out, and then suddenly you see a black almost void-like smoke surround him and you swear you just saw indescribable mouths devour him whole. "what the fuck happend"
then realization hits, he just lost the fight... you don't know how, hell you don't even know what. who even is this bookstore owner? but that doesn't matter, in fact, only 2 things matter now.
firstly, the guy who was indescribably more powerful then you just BRUTALLY lost a battle, almost as if he was... an ant... but what does that make you.
secondly, you are supposed to go next.
