Emasculating the dude when the guy was worried about being manly, holding his balls with a promise of sex, and also woman holding finance power over MC. On top of that the girls being hostile to MC's brother, almost like putting a barrier between MC and his family. That sounds what toxic people do, basically isolating their partner from everyone (friends and family) and make them dependon the toxic person so they have no one to turn to even if they want out. This manga would make more sense if it was mature/psychological that some lighthearted romcom with nudity.
