Cute? altho i'm surprised the umbrella is enough to cover them unless there's also no wind tho i never had to walk home with an umbrella but i feel like it wouldn't help much versus a raincoat/poncho as well
hey guys welcome back to my channel. so basically you hold the umbrella over your head in the direction of the wind blowing. thanks for watching.

damn this girl is dumb
Not exactly. The WN is pretty clear she's read the situation as best she can.
Until now,

 ⇒ "He likes me."
"He likes someone other than me."
  "There's no one he likes."

 There were three choices:

 But now,

 ⇒ "He likes me"
"He likes someone other than me"

That doesn't mean I've narrowed it down to just two choices...

The success rate of confessions has gone from 33% to 50%, but the failure rate has also risen to 50%.

The writing in this chapter is really really good, that feeling when you're aware of being in a bad mood but can't help saying harsh things, plus the slow shift during the conversation, ending in a big smile without realizing.
Brilliant!

I'm going back to read chapters to see the breadcrumbs after 21. How can everyone think the smile was anything but sarcastic? She's not happy. What was the demo for this manga prior to 21? I'm curious what percentage are women?

Watching Hikari be self-aware of how bad she's acting feels like I'm watching a trainwreck in slow motion. She absolutely needs to be able to overcome this problem if she wants to go anywhere in a relationship with him.

It's a bit cute but also frustrating if one were to be rooting for her, because it sends mixed signals to the boy she likes. To his credit though, it seems he was able to safely steer the mood of the conversation back to more positive emotions.
