Cause if enough people boo him and tell him to go back to playing wonderwall he willThen why are you paying attention to the boos? You don't have to listen to them.
If that did happen, then that is him recognizing it's not working. Maruto doesn't seem like an author that would do that though, he may capitulate to a few things for yom but he's not going to change his story.Cause if enough people boo him and tell him to go back to playing wonderwall he will
Maybe just stop consuming this horseshit? Or complaining about the taste of horseshit just to troll people if you're not actually consuming it yourself?horseshit
author needs to retire ✌️
He HAD to start with the funny childhood friend stuff instead of this dark line because otherwise the CHF stuff would have been known false and would have been just a tragedy. There would have been no real impact on the reader when we see the "betrayal". This way we feel the same shock that Hikari felt. In any other order (Ayami's or Yuu's) there would have been no shock. This shit is going wild lol
Plot is actually pretty good but god damn author you should start with that and not with silly 15 chapters of funny childhood friend gags like WTF xDDD
I don't know why people don't get this. This is telling a story of how three different people saw the same story unfold from their POVs, each with imperfect information and seeing different specific events. It is a flashback in a technical sense. We did drop back to a time prior even to the first chapter as presented to us.
Narratively, though, it's a telling of another portion of the larger story from previously unseen points of view. And we'll likely take a third pass where we get exactly what was going through Yuu's head from even further back: when he fell for Hikari, why he thought he had to catch up to her academically before he could tell her, how (or even if) he gave up loving her, and so forth.
Bruh I don't give a bat sh** about "betrayal". It would be interesting for me even if we started right at the "flashback" completely ignoring childhood friend girl. Its stupid cliche story of abused girl and pure boy...I just like this stupid sh** for some reason I dunno. The dumber the better. She reminded me of a girl from Na Kang Lim manga, MCs abused ex girlfriend, literally cheaper rip off from FMC of that manhua, only the MC here is actually banging with herHe HAD to start with the funny childhood friend stuff instead of this dark line because otherwise the CHF stuff would have been known false and would have been just a tragedy. In fact I think it was a mistake for having Ayami say that Yuu was her ex. The author should have just had Ayami say that she was in love with her best friend's crush. Then we wouldn't even know that they are going to break up or, until we saw it happen, that they were going to get together before that.
no im good im gonna keep hating thanks thoughMaybe just stop consuming this horseshit? Or complaining about the taste of horseshit just to troll people if you're not actually consuming it yourself?
This would apply to a fair number of people in the comments here.
People are free to like garbage and we're free to keep calling it garbage.no im good im gonna keep hating thanks though
...... hopefully not i rather the ntr routeHmmm, that’s a death flag isn’t it?
Lovely reply and wonderfully worded. You beat me to expressing my own thoughts lol.If the format makes an unpleasant story unpleasant to read, is that not a meta commentary itself? Before, yes, it was a cute and simple story. Now, it's a complicated and painful one. Setting it up as such and continuing on with the same format is in that way a bold creative choice. I gotta say, I'm "enjoying" it as-is. It's like a shock treatment to the pure childhood friend narrative, taking it to new and less morally simple places. Relationships are not so simple, and humans (girls) are not so one-dimensional. Love is complicated business, or more accurately, finding love is.
My friend, there’s nothing to come back from here. First, let’s not forget this is a flashback — Ayami and Yuu have already broken up. Second, and more importantly, what’s so great about Yuu anyway? He’s just a wishy-washy guy. Sure, Hikari likes him, but she could do much better. As far as I’m concerned, Ayami can keep Yuu, as long as Hikari moves on and stays out of whatever mess Ayami and Yuu get themselves into.Hikaribros can we still come back from this?
