Okay I’m very late to the scene and probably missed alot but here’s the thing, these hopeful aspects of the story really is something off putting, I honestly believed that the story had a point to get across, but I feel like these events aren’t being wholly honest, the author is putting a hypothetical what if scenario to their idealised version of what could’ve happened to them.
That is what I want to say, to only way it could or I wished it could is, rather than coming over and confronting comfortability the stakes should have some permanency, a thing they can’t get back to, I want there to be real disappearance, real consequences, this manga could become legendary if it can achieve that somehow, but I can only hope as I said I am late to the party and I won’t go to the LN right now, I will get there soon.
