This is kinda ridiculous. Even if women where the dominant, the men would have had an equality movement already. It so uneven they laugh at a man being a doctor..
I feel like people are taking this setting too seriously, it's not meant to be deep social commentary or a fully faithful 1:1 reversal.

@Ovnidemon
What I mean is outside the in-story characters, for the machism. A good example is the cover.
The manhua is clearly aimed at men and is in no way trying to take up a feminist position.
Another thing (but I can excuse that because it's easy to forget) is that women still wear skirt and robe (If girls took the lead in work, they should also take the lead in wearing the more practical clothing, in other words, the pants).
The body guards are all wearing proper masculine suits and both he laborers and police in chapter 1 are wearing practical clothes.
Clothing is and has for a very long time been a status symbol, if you can wear impractical and expensive clothes it implies certain wealth and privilege. As we can see it's mostly the wealthy and important women who dress up.

Attractiveness is another part of social status and not only used to attract potential mates, people compete in all sorts of things to gain a higher social standing, beauty included.

As for the MC, just chapter 8 p17, tell long about his view.
"I want to be pampered by a beautiful woman and also see the fruits of my labor" ~MC (paraphrased)

It's not really that crazy of a goal/dream/desire, the only way it can be interpreted as slightly sexist is by him adding the "that's what men do" as if it's an inherent right.

@Degernase What I meant about skirt and robes is that since pant would be the main clothing, formal (or party) clothing should be with pants too. Formal clothing is meant to be impractical (like you siad as a status of wealth) but also need to offer a minimum of confort to the wearer. If it's too different from the casual clothing, it will make the wearer embarrass itself during the event. (Like women falling because they wear high heels for the first time). Women had uncomfortable clothing (IRL) because of the machism; they were meant to show that they were well trained by their husband; the whole female trophy idea.

Impractical clothes denotes status because peasants can't afford to waste money on things not suited to work in, depending on the society and era comfort was not something always taken into account when trying to impress other nobles.
There's also fashion trends to consider, men were the first to use high heels (mostly wealthy merchants, nobles etc.) and it wasn't until much later that it came to be considered 'feminine shoes'.
If you go back and look at medieval clothing, pretty much all high status men wore what we today would consider dresses.

You're also overlooking the fact that the clothes are meant to make the wearer attractive (by whatever beauty standards are relevant), such as heels improving the height of men or amplifying women's legs and butts whilst making the wearers gait draw attention to said assets.

If it's too different from the casual clothing, it will make the wearer embarrass itself during the event. (Like women falling because they wear high heels for the first time).
Yes people don't like getting out of their comfort zone, but what's in ones comfort zone is 100% psychological and a learned behavior. Exposure therapy is the best method of dealing with that (i.e. facing your 'fears'). Men wore both pants and dresses back in the day, after all dresses are not suited even for some of the every day activities a noble took part in (such as horse riding).

Women had uncomfortable clothing (IRL) because of the machism; they were meant to show that they were well trained by their husband; the whole female trophy idea.
You're really pulling at straws to get a feminist viewpoint on this whole thing. There have been plenty of injustices done against women throughout history, you don't need to fabricate new ones. Corsets and foot bindings were pretty nasty, not really comparative to high heels and dresses.

EDIT: Another fun thing to consider, you seem to imply that women don't need to be attractive in this reversed world because they're the ones going after men but think about birds.
It's mostly the males that try to attract females making them evolve into having much more beautiful and eye catching feathers than their female counterparts. This puts them at greater risk vs predators but being able to attract mates easier results in a net positive in their ability to pass on genes.

Now in human society more pressure is put onto women to look good but this has nothing to do with their typical role of being the ones that are approached, it's rather based on male vs female psychology. It's a proven fact that men react stronger from pure visual stimuli whilst women are more drawn to physiological aspects (such as power, presence/charisma and ability to provide). This can also be seen in our porn habits where women consume a lot more literature smut than men.

So going back to the bird example, since men respond to visual stimuli and women in this world are the aggressors, it would make sense for beauty standards which attract men to still be adhered to by these women.

i remember reading the raws for this garbage. besides the whole setting and everything was already poorly executed , but eventually later on it sorta feels like the author forgot about the whole reversed gender roles things at certain points of the story.

needed 20 chapters to finally justify the title

from what I understand the girl he just helped (saved the mother) was the one that drugged that world MC at the start

I doubt in our world a almost raped woman would help the wannabe rapist and their family after escaping

Maybe there'd be more than 20 chapters if they didn't put all that energy in advertising their Discord. 😉

That cover alone is one of the cringiest things I've ever seen. Couldn't come up with more blatant self-insert wish fulfillment if you tried.

This is trash. The characters behaved irrationally and inconsistently, the action is weak, and the reverse world concept is not really used much. So I'll keep an eye on this one.
