It's probably Back to the Future
If you threaten the actions that led to your creation in the past, you will vanish. So, like, if you kill your mom, you're erased in the future (which is implied by going transparent).

I'd clarify more that, he didn't actually do it; but the act of threatening to do it makes his existence becomes uncertain, so he starting to fade.
But...
I really wonder what drug Imo Ichirou was on... how come he can came up with all these ideas

Seems like only another person got it right, this guy didn't delete himself from existance for the kid, he is pointing a gun to his ancestor (mother, grandma, you make it) and that puts his existance in a quantum instability, making him trasparent, just have to not flick the trigger for the whole movie.
If he was his own ancestor he could have pointed to himself, but we wouldn't get the joke.
