Maybe months. To be more precise I go by "3 regular updates without touching the manga". So 6 weeks for bi-monthly, 12 for monthly. Some people like batching together so I understand if they don't translate the second a new chapter drops.

As much as I want to believe that theory I don't think that's the case. A month has passed by since they split and it's implied that the two haven't been able to speak, much less meet, since then. Makes me think that wherever they moved it's someplace the other isn't.
