Improve the block function.

I just realized that when you block someone, they can still access and reply in the thread you have created. This doesn't make sense, since blocking should mean all means of communication are forbidden between the two users. If I blocked someone, and they still try to enter my thread, there should be a message that says "You don't have permission to access this page" or something along that line. It's puzzling that the developers overlooked this detail. And also, no more of those "you can't see this post because you block xxx-chan."

Please add this feature in the next site update in 20XX.

You may or may not have read it already, but I'll link this thread. There are good arguments over considering how far the blocking function should go.
