As far as I see, the "Dropped" option serve the same function as the "On hold".

Like, as of now it just make it so the Manga you put on those options("Dropped" and "On hold") doesn't appear in your follow list.

So how about improving the "Dropped" option, so it also hide the series that a user put there.
Like, make it so it will not be shown on the update page or the most viewed tab thing etc. essentially kinda blocking it.

I mean, people put a series on the "Dropped" because it really grinds their gear is it not?
Because of that I'm pretty sure they will not want to see that manga.

Edit:
I feel like I made this kind of thread awhile back.. I'm feeling a bit of deja vu here lol.

They have said that excluding manga from Search/Update list is planned. But I think one of the developers said that it would not effect the most viewed list(I forgot the reason why)

Things like the top chapters, top manga, featured and new titles etc. are and most likely will remain unaffected by any filters (other than being hentai, I suppose) for both the technical reason that they're generated separately at certain intervals instead of being fetched dynamically, and for the "semantic" reason that they're supposed to be exactly what they claim to be, that is globally top chapters etc. regardless of personal filters.

As for the subject of the thread, we have no plans to make changes to the current follow categories nor to how they work or affect the site, mostly because if we're going to change these lists up it's likely going to be by allowing users to create their own arbitrarily named lists and deprecating the current system. If we want the custom lists to have additional functionality, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

As such, I'm marking this specific request as rejected, but don't take that the wrong way.
