I'd like to think that this whole isekai thing is just her brain think about it in the last second before she die, like the "whole life flash before your eye"

@FreezeBlue it's fiction... so don't compare so much with reality. Moreover there no say that her old world is same as our world, and maybe there problem with emergency generator so it's take 2 second for it. Even we created thing with much attention, something that human created can't be perfect. After all we are no god, human can create many mistake. You can see it in our history.

Well, there's her problem. Her arm is as long as her legs.

@FreezeBlue You know if ur heart stopped beating for a second u might not be dead but if ur brain stops functioning for a second, its game over for you. Her body was already weak being hospitalized and all. A body on the verge of death and on life support means that stopping for a second means it over. Once support stops, so does ur body. You saw that her arms were thin like a starving african child in that flashback.

The hell with that logic
Her physical body has Nothin to do with that
Even if ur brain is ded for 30 second, that won't cause any problems even death
Heart don't need brain to maintain the beats
And anyway it was about the heart problem, not brain
So still it was so illogically funny

IT would have been better if they explained as a respirator malfunction rather then power outage, or they should have detailed everything a bit better.
A 2 second stop of a respirator (the time to let the generator kick in) isn't gonna kill anyone.
Unless there was something else as support (extracorporeal circulation for example) that wasn't shown.

4 generations or 50 ago?
Did I misunderstand something?
It doesn't make sense?

It's weird that she woke up inside an inn room after 200 years passed. Like, was that inn room empty for 200 years? Or do they not keep track of customers?

Why is the AI calling her by her character name immediately?

I'm really wondering how Cayna ended up in that inn in the first place. The owner and her daughter treated her as if she arrived the day before, but Cayna only took control when she woke up this chapter.

So, I guess her avatar somehow wandered around in the last 200 years, from the last time she logged in, and ended up staying the night at that inn the day before.

But then it's weird that she hadn't paid and didn't know the owner's name. It's like she was suddenly transported into the inn, but somehow the owner treated her as a guest.

using later information:
Everyone lies to Cayna about what happened, but they talk about the effects enough that if youre familiar with certain psychological states you can piece together the real truth about what happened when you throw that against a quick medical symptom check:

Keina's medical condition matches Guillian-Barre syndrome, a rather horrific disease that normally rapidly cripples the patient as the patient's white blood cells attack their nerve endings. The normal cause of death from Guillian-Barre is from respiratory paralysis or if hospitalized in an iron lung, cardiac death.

respiratory Paralysis, just as drowning and suffocation, cause the nervous system to trigger every fear response in the brain.

Keina didnt log out before she died, its just that Leadale hadnt imprinted her soul on her final day because she was still logged in when she died. (that or it destroyed Keina's last day to keep her sane.)

We know this because 10 of the 12 skill masters couldnt play Leadale after Keina's death because playing the game was no longer possible for them because of something traumatic with seeing their friend die

further, the 13 limit breakers who are not skill masters had the same issue.

Considering only 1 of 25 Hardcore players remained to push content and keep a sense of progression, the game failed.
So why did everyone stop?

Because the entire World First guild watched Keina's mind collapse before them as she suffocated in the prison of her own body except for her uncle who was trying to get to the hospital. The only person who understood that Keina was dieing having left while everyone watched as she screamed at the top of her digital lungs while panicking with increasing intensity.

Further Maintenance, Nurses, or the hospital Management prevented having an Iron Lung on hand for when Keina's condition reaches its terminal phases, which combined with the power failure meant that the Cardiometer missed that Keina wasnt breathing.
