She remarried, her children are from her first husband who is also a human and died of old age. AFAIK she doesn't have any children with her second/current husband.

It's been a while, but IIRC this was only mentioned a few volumes after this arc. I speculate the author only realized he made the ages confusing after publishing, so he tried to justify it in later chapters.
Thinking about it... It would be a nightmare for that one incel that used the NPC creation system to build a harem of nigh immortal waifus and then be born again in this world with all those wives existing and remembering him as their husband.
Imagine that: An Incel that spent his entire life too chickenshit to even talk to a female online suddenly finding himself being the husband of harem that remembers him differently that how he acts now. xD
