The previous group from you picked it up from Schrodinger's Skirt after months of no new chapters, their last chapter was only 10 days ago.

Of course, no one has the authority to stop you from doing what you want to do, though I believe the general etiquette for already-translated series is to start from chapter 1 with your own translations.
