Because there's still that lingering bit of H-logic propelling the story that's absent by design in shounen and often nerfed even in mainstream seinen. Add in the fact that most of these characters are working-age adults in an open countryside culture and it all falls into place. Think Itoko no Ko with a six -year fast-forward.

Like Gigguk said of the Domestic Girlfriend anime, it operates on Hentai time. Every scene without banging is wasted time/space so you skip it.
