In the source material she stated that she had a partner only once and she didn't like it. Meaning probably that he deflowered her and was like a usual teen boy, pumping and ejaculating fast, while soreness from broken hymen didn't even give her enough stimulation.

I think the issue people are having is the framing of "promiscuous" (in the manga). If she's only had one partner in the past (according to doujin), it's not considered "promiscuous" in many viewpoints (but is different for the manga).
