Man, knowing how to read kana made it a lot harder to just ignore the characters and focus on the shape... That's really stupid, I love it.

Someonea while back said that maybe the artist wanted to write about dogs, but couldn't draw them. Well, this chapter very much progress the opposite.

My personal theory on the logic behind their lifespans is that they turn into a human of the same relative age they were when they were dogs.
Much like the poodle girl still being a child cuz she was a puppy when the transformation happened, I imagine this mom will be an old lady at least.
