i really think that Himiko is only affraid of what will happened to her sisters (as in their fleet) if they accept Beiyang's help, they could be up againts Dragon slayer alliance and can't do anything. Remeber that nobody outside some individual know that Mu Siyun is the soul tier heaven defying dragon queen, and people still don't know for sure why the strongest individual on the universe helping Beiyang. This is why people still not sure that if the soul tier angel will be up to fight againts the dragon slayer alliance or not. People know that even with how strong holy race is, and how strong soul tier is, they still can be slayed acording to the history. It's just my opinion.
