Hmm, that's true. Slaughtering the ruling class works if the ruling class is just completely corrupt. However, this new revolution is pretty much killing all nobility due to the fact that they're nobles. The 7th prince, for example, is a noble but he's not corrupt and even denounces slaughtering.

Typical terrorists who butcher dogma to rationalize their evil claiming to be improving things while in reality making them worse. They're just murdering people based on their positions which will cause more trouble because it means all the skilled high level decision makers are dead leaving a bunch of inexperienced lower ranks who mostly don't have the skills to lead, likely to go crazy with power, or get into an internal struggle for domination with only a few likely to have the moral character and skills to do a good job assuming they survive any of the others who believe might makes right so killing anyone not with them is simply good business. Furthermore, wiping out every man, woman and child in a city just in case they might have witnessed or know something irregardless of whether they were innocent civilians or part of the military just to cover up taking possession of red turban's treasure isn't justice but brutality just to avoid being inconvenienced by word of what they did getting out. While Mu killed corrupt leaders he did have plans on how to fill the gap their deaths left behind rather than leaving chaos and confusion behind and only killed those who had used their position, money and power to murder others just to pad their own egos.
Btw, was the terrorist angel who killed the political figures the same angel in one location or was each figure killed by a different angel at a different place? Artist seems to draw mob characters into having the same figures, hair, etc. like they were clones. Also, looks like Mu is going to have to find new business partners as the ones noted being killed were the same ones calling out to do business with him.
