@piracyknight thats not entirely true. A mother's breast size increase is directly related to how much breast milk their glands produce. Its entirely possible and not uncommon for women to have defective glands for various reasons, (Genetic flaw, Trauma, sickness, ect..) Swelling breasts is just a good indicator of how healthy the mothers glands are. There really isnt much of a difference in how many mammary glands small vs big breasts have, but if she is FLAT, she may very well not have many at all, and if she remained flat though pregnancy/birth she could have a defect.
