It shouldn't but it is. MD refuses (with no comment, of course) to takedown chapters like this, when I report them, so they clearly endorse it. I've given up on trying.

Not only that, they're supposed to be "done" according to themselves! Ch. 61 of Isekai Yururi Kikou says that they're moving out of the country and have to stop translating. Then only a day or so later, they post a manglation (it's definitely not a translation) of a chapter of Isekai Yakkyoku. Now, this travesty makes an appearance.
