Thanks for the chapter!

New tag: Tradegy (due to loss of common sense)

I think the duke wants to put Miyabi on a leader position for the craftsman guild, so he can share his secrets (at least from the side of the duke) of how to increase the size of the inventory among other things. If he can get to the information on how to raise the craftsman class he could probably get merchants and quite a few nobles too on his pocket.

Translation has been good up to now but you completely misinterpeted what the Duke said at the end of the chapter changing the meaning entirely...??

…おかげで 五大公爵家との繋がりもできた
This sentence runs off of the previous sentence on the page prior. The Duke is saying that with only his "inventory" and a "crafting skill" that should only produce subpar products, Miyabi's managed to make a connection to one of the five great ducal houses (himself) with his work on the bathroom, implying that this is no small feat for a simple commoner and he's questioning Miyabi's intentions.

And the final page is him asking the Guildmaster to look into any traces of Miyabi from before he came to Angelum. 足跡 means footprints, not foothold. Because he literally appeared out of thin air and has been making a lot of waves, so he needs Miyabi looking into as he might be a spy or someone with ill intentions and the Guildmaster's face is like "oh shit".

And the one speech bubble where you wrote Liz saying "I call dibs on the room under the tower".
通路に屋根も欲しいな > "I want a roof over the path too"... why change it like that?

Couldn't figure out wtf he was saying for these and had to wing it tbh. "footprints" was what i read too but it makes no damn sense. "footprints" implies aftermath that simply does not make contextual sense when he's talking about a fresh up-and-comer.
((EDIT: hang on unless he meant like, "look for this guy's metaphorical footprints because he has to have lived somewhere before this and it doesn't make sense that there's no trace of him?? that'd make more sense))
But also, deadass? i was never fluent in the first place and all the group's fluent folks and proofreaders are busy with other projects. i'm just the typesetter flying solo. chaboi doing his best even without the furigana i normally need to bail me out. from what you've said, the meaning hasn't actually changed much apart from the one bubble that's asking for a background check on miyabi, which legit sounds like something i would have missed if it's figurative language and can be fixed easily enough next time i'm in front of a computer that's got photoshop on it.
what are the odds you can glance over the tentative translations i've already got typed up for ch19? there are a lot of bubbles i'm confused about wrt Liz's technobabble because this is so far beyond my pay grade, it's not even funny
