The short answer to your question is Yes. Though technically, we've already been introduced to the one at the bottom; That's Lucia the succubus, Shrouza's second/third in command.
The long answer is... well, long. I already discussed them in a previous chapter's comments section, but here's a much more brief version especially for you!
The one with purple hair's name Lisa and the blonde with the fan is the Duke of Randal's daughter named Athena.
Lisa is basically your typical "wrongful villainess" character. A kind, quiet girl of noble birth whose life went awry when her father adopted a younger girl called Anna. This girl is both a malevolent trickster and someone that possesses what's called demon eyes; a rare (for lack of better description) "mutation" that allows her to manipulate people around her to do her bidding. Thus, that's exactly what Anna did to Lisa. She turned almost all her friends and family against her, had her engagement broken off and thrown in prison for an attempted murder against Anna that never even happened.
This is where Athena comes in. Not only is she Lisa's friend as a fellow noble and the daughter of the Duke of Randal, a neighboring country to the Kingdom of Rogias, but (surprise, surprise) she's also an avid listener of Lord Streamer. When she get's word of Lisa's unlawful imprisonment, she immediately goes straight to Kanata's livestream and drops him a message asking for advise. Kanata basically says to have the proper authorities investigate thoroughly for the many discrepancies in the case and to have Anna checked for demon eyes (how he even knows about them in the first place is not addressed), which is what happened later that night. But at the same time, Alfana and Maria (before they found out about Streamer's identity) also had diplomats deployed to Randal to help speed things up.
As a result of things, Anna's manipulation was undone and was punished by having her eyeballs scooped out of her fricking head and placed under house arrest, while Lisa's former fiancé and her family lost most of its influence since they refused to take responsibility and are, in general, utter pieces of shit. The fiancé in particular lashed out at Streamer and threatened him on stream and ended up... disappearing.
Lisa had been placed in Athena's care ever since, but because of this whole experience and the fact that she was completely oblivious to Streamer before things went down she... changed. While all the yanderes introduced thus far are more or less just a bunch of varyingly horny stans (except Shrouza... at first), Lisa is probably the most "true" yandere out of the bunch, since it was Streamer's "divine" intervention that saved her from darkness. On the surface, she looks fine, but start talking about Streamer and she becomes a devout cult-like worshipper who screams her praises in his name to the heavens with all her being.

kaa-chan's confusion is totally understandable xD... ugh why couldnt there have been one more already out when i came to catch up T_T time to check for a raw because, streamer fan yanderes, also ngl i dont even care for podcast much but i'd probably give his a shot they make it seem pretty great and he's a decent dude.

He doesn’t yet realize just how fucked he is… the Goddess is just drinking boba tea, enjoying the show I see. I mean had nobody shown up to do anything, I wouldn’t have been surprised if she caused a “natural” disaster to happen spontaneously, right there, in that part of the country, localized entirely within that guy’s body. Or heart failure, or a brain aneurism… she’s a God, and by her very nature doesn’t really have limits. She could kill him and it would by the very nature of her existence be considered natural. Nobody (except maybe Kanata) would know otherwise, nor would they have reason to question.
In that way, she’s probably the scariest out of all his yandere fans. She is literally a God.
