@mahtan No, it's not. The most overpowered common skill in isekai is the ability to steal/absorb your opponent's skills/powers. Appraisal comes after that.

Well most appraisal let you copy or understand how the skill works in minucia wich let you learn about how to use those minucias and do more OP things with them.
While I agree the steal/absorb is the most OP thing being able to understand the world around you in all details is what makes one a God.

wait wait what?! er they dumb? protection and appraisal are so op
he is literally a relay bunker... he can get info on the enemy and stay alive... he is a great tank and he has the ability too see others abilities will eliminate hidden powerful single use skills like suicide bombers / last ditch skills and he would be able to spot ambushes but constantly using his ability an enemies info tab would pop up
also because of protection he should be protected from surprise attacks if he somehow wasnt able to react fast enough
also for some reason he can heal people...
shit he can be recon, tank, or a medic he is op as shit

@themanj It's an isekai, isekai authors usually aren't good with logic and game logic. Imagine that in one of the isekai's hero with shield was called useless.
