If i were him i would asked for a change of deal. Rather than just an extension of the debt deadline i would asked for the debt to be completely anuled

As long as the orphanage is registered to the previous director, he's going to have problems. His options are:

1) Pay the debt [lump sum or installments; why doesn't the government get involved?]
2) Make the old guy indebted to him [to either cancel the debt or extend the deadline, which is the case now]
3) Make an entirely new orphanage and register it to his own name with the king [which is a bit complicated]
4) Kill everyone, salt the earth, and nuke the site from orbit [it's the only way to be sure]

Heh, the debt was made with the previous director. He has no obligation to pay them. He got no benefit from the debt so there is no reason to shoulder the previous director's debt. Best to just move away. I don't know how much is 10 millon in that country, but starting his life with a large debt that he gain no benefit from is a stupid move.

I have a large student loan, but I asked for that. I gain the benefit in the education it afforded me. This is like telling a beggar that he has 1 million dollar debt because his distant cousin defaulted despite him not even knowing he has a cousin.

Traveling around with three girls will get a fair bit of attention from people (unless they go to a secluded or isolated area), and the king and old guy might send people after them. It's quite the hassle, and that's before Chris Hansen and the isekai FBI go after him.

Now that I think about it, the best option would probably be to find the previous director, and have him hanged, drawn, and quartered right in front of the old guy's house. The old guy can get the debt repaid in full, and everyone will learn to not **** around with the orphanage. Cruel and unusual death = hakuna matata.

I hate to say this but I'd recommend the author to take more time by reading more and practice writing more and asking for the opinions of others as they have an interesting idea on a story but it has too many flaws and loopholes which could be further refined and edited.

My constructive criticism could basically be copy pasted to other stories as well but genuinely I did enjoy the beginning and I do wish it was more polished
