Bruh it's practically just the same, Nonbiri just feels "less" BS because of the amount of chapters it already has.

Even the "trying to be deep and serious part" like Nonbiri literally tries foreshadowing what effects Taiju village has to the world in the future with the flash forward chapter and the creator god and his daughter commenting about the evil god.

Like it's practically the same only with less sex but more emotional growth.

Which is kinda the point Nonbiri's MC is an adult, this series' MC is a highschooler... of course the knowledge and direction would differ.

Even with their OP ability Nonbiri's MC has more BS since all he needs is the ATF to be OP, meanwhile this series MC has the requirement of "needing to protect something/someone".

I'm not trying to defend this series, I'm just saying the reason you give for dropping it is meh, when you could've just not mentioned any additional clauses and just said you're dropping it(in which case I wouldn't even bother checking your history and this conversation wouldn't happen).

Meanwhile this series' MC is a highschooler that is "thrown away" by the kingdom to take care of an abandoned orphanage why do you think anything he does would "matter" to the world itself.

Normally manga adaptations follow the plot of the LN, which is either a heavily edited version of the WN or just rewritten from scratch.
