This manga is FRUSTRATINGLY free of conflict. I thought a 3 year absence would cause more than the convenient killing off of an already problematic character. Instead, it was just a time skip to hatch an egg and age some characters.

Like, every “issue” the MC has had has been resolved within a page or two.
