Spending MP to steal other's magic spells. Depending on the mp cost, this could be so op. And now I want to know is it a copy skill or a hijack spell skill.

Unequalled Singing: skill to [increase] [reaction speed] with [song]
I really hope this is party target (single or aoe). I don't want the battles to turn into Symphogear if it only self targeting.
