I have seen No-Life King & Undead King being used a few times in translation and both seem to suggest different things.

Undead King is usually used for higher level zombie monsters.

No-Life King is usually used for higher level Skeleton monsters, specifically those more inclined towards Magic.

Also, No-Life King's are usually more powerful than Undead King's. Sometimes No-Life King is shown as a higher evolution of Undead King.

Final point is, the translation "No-Life King" is a direct translation (not literal), because the author used Katakana to write the English word, aka., no Kanji or Hiragana was used.

Yeah, Songokufon is her full name, while Songoku-chan is her nickname.

And like it was mentioned by someone else here, they are going for pun names here to represent a "Journey to the West" vibe.
