The manga rushed it a bit, but in the novel the mother buys the underarmor from Batty's popupar tailor brand as a gift for her son and by coincidence Batty and her son are interested in each other, so she ends up protecting him indirectly.

Next mother (unaware of protective qualities) will send him closes, since he mother-con he definitely will be wearing them. All possible because family is a nobles.

Even if the clothes can't be pierced, there's a lot of pressure from the jaw. Meaning it's just plain magic.

A little unusual for a Demon King to be bad at lying.

The one thing I love about this manga is that despite the harem tag, MC does not actually "collect" harem materials.

Yeah, there's a fair number of competent, non-evil male characters. That's way too rare.

1) Soft armor like clothe shouldn't protect against crushing damage, as even if the fangs couldn't puncture the guy, the force from the dragon's jaw should have started crushing bones and organs.

Yeah, armour quite often doesn't behave like armour. Like, the breast plate wouldn't shatter like that, but more likely deform and get punctured.

Yeah, just wanted to point out she is not his mother... the rest should be explained later, so I didn't want to add any spoilers xD
The manga is still rushed at the ending, that's why many people misunderstood.

This is a harem? I don't see it tagged as harem here unless I'm blind. Even if there's multiple love interest (are there even any besides the mermaid?), I cant see a harem ending whatsoever. Feels too vanilla.

Honestly, I'm kinda lost what's going on in the manga. Is MC still the MC? At this point, I feel the main characters are everyone on the island (is it an island, or just a plot of land? I dont even remember lol). All I can remember are the side characters' love stories.
