No it's not a woman's responsibility. It is, however, the leading figurehead's responsibility, one that she both has shirked to do and is currently unable to do so, as helpfully provided by mc. Some of those grievances were mightily petty, some were not. All are to be addressed. Also, not only in a place where petty grievances can fester, but especially in an environment like that the worst thing a leader can do is to advance with elbows ahead.
