I'm all for uncensored when it's a grown-ass adult, I'm not for it when it's an underaged kid. There's a limit to degeneracy.
To begin with,no,there is no limit, degeneracy is the limitless potential for people to get their freak on for just 'bout anything in the safety of their own home.
Secondly,a fictional 2D loli is just that, fictional, they do not get the same treatment as real children who actually need help, anyone saying they should is wasting time, resources, and simply annoying innocent folks who wish to enjoy their cute n' funny hobbies as their own time n' in their own space.
Third, censorship is always a bad thing, more so when the media is created by adults for adults to sell to other adults, and it is the adults who, outside of us pirates on these high seas, who make the money needed to buy the comic in the first place,no child is ever intended to read this, and the ones who do are parental problems, none of us are babysitters for some randos' child.
Fourth, give a millimeter to anyone, and the whole damn kilometer gets taken by everyone,we also know how bad it gets with moronic companies like Sony censoring things that need never be censored in the first place, and you expect us to accept some online fella to do it voluntarily for some subset of humans who don't even support the hobby in the first place?
Fifth,literally thousands,especially the surviviours of the 7000+ massacre(of which
2113 bodies have been identified)of comics have varying levels of censorship from the sources, but we know uncensored sources for plenty exist, along with the funny ways they censor things naturally...
...and yet we should accept someone adding their own after the fact?
Sixth,as shown by the shared image, there was NOTHING that needed to be censored in the first place, wasted effort to appeal to no one important over something that didn't exist in the first place, then defending it for those people who wouldn't even be reading the comic in the first place?...y'know what that's called?...
...hypocrisy.
Seventh,if one has been in the hobby long enough, one should understand that these things are normal, the Japanese have fully explored it all in a safe, fictional, and very good money making way, anyone who still thinks that any of what the Japs make is problematic due to effects on real people have not understood the hobby at all.
Eighth, and it seems the scanlator has put out a pointless vote when they already know the truth and should've just fixed it then and there,we did not come to a piracy website to avoid the limits imposed by the companies just for the website to have pointless add-on nonsense that no one in the hobby honestly wants.
