Thanks for the chapter. So instead of the isekai person having cheats, all the villagers just casually have cheat-like powers. Maybe the great calamity was these elves losing faith in humanity so he was sent to prevent what they'd wrought... or maybe the calamity is due to how thirsty all these elf women are but the rest of the world is afraid of them.
