You know I love my isekai-trash.. triply so when it's mixed with ero-slop.. but here it feels a bit out of place. The violence/gore element (interesting as it is even though it's a bit AoT rip-off) is a little too real and throws the whole balance off. Not sure what the author's thinking here..
