I figured that they might have repositioned, and that could have taken time, but he actually seems to jump in from the low roof as you see the window break in page 20 :S
Jumping in when she was grabbed, or about to be grabbed seems like it would be more of a reasonable time, if they were going for her being overwhelmed with emotion enough from being saved that she would agree to sleep with him since they are on quite the time limit.

They kinda give up on alternative plans way too quickly. Since she is so devout, they should at least try to take the concept "I need to sleep with specific women to remove the demon lord's curse. See, even my fiancee who comes from nobility agrees that this must be done." for a spin, maybe as some sort of divine mission. Should be pretty guilt free sex if she believes that it is a mission from god, and for all we know it actually is a mission from god.
