I like these manga just chill normal life, anyone have other magna like this one?
Shinozaki-kun no Mente Jijou

Is a really nice one with a touch of magic, super thoughtful and lore rich similar to this title.

There's also March Comes in Like a Lion if you want a mix of very sad and very good slice of life.

Tensei Shite High Elf ni Narimashitaga, Slow Life wa 120-nen de Akimashita - Highelf with a Long Life, if you want "what if i could see the life of a particularly adventurous high elf and all it's ups and downs"

Hope you find something that hits similar for you out of folks suggestions. c:

I really have never seen anyone link dwarves and natural creatures like bees before, that is a fascinating lore connection for their world. MC had better pay the dwarf man well for that beautiful knife too. 🥺

I'm sad it seems like he'll only get a year with everyone he cares about and his new apprentice, but she seems like a strong kid. I hope she finds her footing living and working there.

Thanks for the tl!

I actually really like it too since dwarves are always associated with mead! It's a neat little bow to explain their long lives as well that doesn't amount to "they live longer just because even though they're not as magical as elves" that you typically see in high fantasy.

Yeah it makes me so happy, it's like a really neat interlinking lore connection for their long lives, alcohol love and metal working.

Plus it doesn't reduce them down to the antithesis of nature to contrast the elves- since metals ARE natural objects even if they've been processed.

Incredibly inspired choice by the author ✨
