i really love how this manga approaches world-building. there's a lot of stuff happening in the background and while the main story is the diner, the world behind in continues to move on and leak through the peeks and glimpses in the diner's patrons.

The rustic and welcoming atmosphere of the frontier resturant can almost make you forget the troubles of the world outside, but the world continues still wear away at its walls.
