If you're asking me which translation has less issues, I'd say this one. If you compare the two, you'll notice that this one has better comprehension of grammar and sentencing as well as that there isn't the mistake of calling Linda as "Ringu" on Page 2. The formatting (font, capitalization for first letter of a sentence, punctuation) may suck but I can let it slide since it's more readable without having to go through "Tier 2/3 English" translation in my brain.

A person can work on improving their fonts, proper capitalization and punctuations later on but having a good sentence structure instead of using broken English that most non-native speakers tend to have means that they're basically 90% of the way there. The latter requires going to English classes and learning how to write proper English sentences and not many will do that just to do free translations better when they have a life to live and maybe a job to handle.

That being said, this translation's not 100% flawless and there's still parts of sentences that seems like it could be fixed but that's neither here nor there. It's less of a headache and hence why it's a much better read.

Have to agree. There were a lot of errors and inconsistencies in the other groups uploaded chapter ofword salad. If the other groups quality doesn't improve, they will likely end up on my block list.
