UPD: I was wondering why the hell they were talking about wild and farmed fish and squid in the context of taiyaki, and thought those were not the usual ones filled with anko, but some uncommon fish/squid filled. However, after reading
this, that explanation actually makes a lot more sense.
And i bet squid is just a mistranslation.
