he should just take his mom and go to the alien planet, that seems way better then ts
Can't, earth haven't deleveloped far space travel yet. So jack will get fined for bringing him. In as illegal immigration.

Jack, mc and his actual childhood friend do go on a joy ride few times. Getting caught in wacky situations. Like space pirate ect.

I mean yeah if it's the first encounter I'd give them the benefit of doubt but jesus you Minazuki clan has fought Natsuki TWICE with at least one of them getting literally one-shot murdered. Why are you still """"""testing""""" him?????
maybe she wants to prove his capabilities to the rest of the clan (given that they still doubt not only him but her judgement as well) and also marry him maybe???

They changed the plot a bit.
In the original MC defeated the classmate and the sister, (gal).
When he got invited by the mamily they were annoying like here, but MC didn't just sit there and take it like a wimp, this author is making a poor adaptation with a dumbwit MC, in the novel he shows having passed a decade in a medieval hell world.
At the meeting the family brought up making the classmate the sacrifice after her defeat, I don't remember the details clearly but I think it was MC that brought it up when they said that Mio was of unknown origins and the sacrifice should be someone of higher standard, he was just trolling but it worked, it showed her being super scared from becoming it, when in the manga it looks like she was already the decided sacrifice, that is very important so I can only see this chapters being stupidly short as the reason for it.

Me: OK?.... A woman who doesn't immediately attack him or is hostile to him? In this manga?

A bit later: Nevermind.. Family Head Sama is a damn battle junkie and was just being Appropriately Polite...

And she's even drawn her blade before she poses the question and offers the challenge....
Now that's some serious Bad Manners...

I've been reading the novel for a few days now. It's so over the top and stupid that, I LOVE IT! :lul:
Some parts had me dying (Satan falling in love with Natsuki's mom lol), some i didn't like (the little ex step-sis situation), but all in all i really enjoy it and can't wait to see some of the cool parts in the manga.

Mio was the original sacrifice, and Miyako was the next head and more powerful one (Although Natsuki had noticed that Mio was more powerful). The relationship between the sisters was also strained.

When Natsuki heard about Mio being sacrificed because she was inferior, elder Unkai complained a lot about him, but when Natsuki mentioned "Shouldn't you guys prepare the best option as an offering? If I were to require something, I would prefer the best option, not the remainders"... Elder Unkai thought about it, and agreed with Natsuki (to his surprise).

And so they changed Miyako to be the sacrifice, and that caused a crisis on the prideful young girl, but the decision had been made. Miyako now understood everything that her older sister went through, but Mio (who was pretty angry and Natsuki for the change), told Miyako that she would handle everything.

Thus the arrogant Miyako felt despair, was comforted by her "inferior" older sister, and became a super siscon.
Natsuki felt a little bad for her, since his words essentially became a death sentence to his classmate, but he didn't really care about her that much.
And Elder Unkai was actually more reasonable than he imagined, just pour in some logic, and everything went smoothly with her.

What chapter in the novel is this one?
