@givemersspls sorry but it’s more than a drag to scroll thru the last chapters posts so I would appreciate it on wat specific reforms you find troubling. Cause in my opinion the core principle of creating a central government to manage military, foreign, and commerce is and should always be in the hands of the central government or else your just asking to for a very bad time....

Everything can be weapomnized, it's how humanity rose to be the dominant specie on the planet. We see something random and see how to use it to hurt others.
Even advancements in toilet technology can be used as a means to cripple enemy forces with enough imagination.
For exemple the internet is a military technology that we use for leisure time, though I guess it is pretty obvious how the internet can be used as a weapom.

@givemersspls You're taking a ridiculously narrow view on what constitutes military strength. Like many other you're thinking on the level of an individual soldier on the battlefield, but in military term an individual soldier is worthless and the battle is a minor part of making war. What weapons are used is only a small part of an army's strength, if the opposition can muster ten times more soldiers in any given battle, access to things like gunpowder is not that relevant. A musket might be scary to an individual soldier, but in the context of thousands to millions of soldiers, its peanuts. More often than not, non-weapons technology has had a far important role in determining the outcome of a war.

@givemersspls well tbf their is no perfect solution in this world and with all the draw backs the land enclosure system brought it was the chief reason Britain was able to go experience their agricultural revolution which obviously improved farming practices and crop yields. I don’t think I need to delve into how big of an impact Britain’s agricultural revolution had since you sound pretty knowledgeable and since we have Google for that but I still don’t see why your against Almus’ reforms. But to be honest me having read the LN probably makes me see it differently than you do since I kno the later reforms Almus will put in place to supplement his current ideas.

For those complaining about the 2 years timeskip, that's the average time it took for a country to mobilize an army to the battlefield in ancient times.

@givemersspls after reading post it’s obvious the problem is the narrative the story is currently in which is the manga version. If you were to read the LN most of your concerns would if not addressed be pointed out so your not wrong just the form it’s being narrated doesn’t satisfy you. In other words your just too smart for this version.😉

@monkey123 Getting distracted when you are making explosives is no joke. Just ask the Nobel brother who died due to carelessness.

Still, this is precisely why Tetra is the best girl. She's so cute and her proactive personality rocks as well.
